A few weeks ago I wrote this blog post about 6 ways to Destress. In that post I asked you to write a list of all the things you feel are stressing you out. How did that go? Did you do it? If you didn’t, don’t worry. Go back and read the previous blog post. Then come back here when you’re ready. Simple.
If you have your list, go and grab it. You’ll need it for this exercise.

You may have looked at that list initially and thought “OMG! So many! Where do I start?” And if you didn’t start with those 6 steps, today we’re going to look at another way to tackle those stressors, which may be an easier way for you.
So to start, I want you to pick one stressor that you feel will have the most impact on your stress levels off your list in the following way:
What you have just done is given permission to your brain to find a solution and it’s done it for you! Hooray! At the end of the day you will have some ideas you can turn into action steps, so begin trying each one you have written, and find the one that works.
Now that you know how to find solutions, keep going through your original list in the same way. Your body and mind will thank you for it and you could end up a calmer, less stressed, happier person.
