This morning I am recommending a book. It's called "the Power of Less" by Leo Babauta. In today's busy world it is easy to get stressed on a daily basis. Stress affects your health. Health is important for a happy life. We spend far too much time multitasking and getting nothing done. We end up feeling frustrated at the end of the day. We end up feeling demotivated because we don't finish things. It's all too hard and it's not fun....
This book is full of simple and easy changes to make to your daily habits that will help you de-stress and become more productive. In turn you may end up feeling relaxed and successful! Now wouldn't that be great?
