So the results are in. Last week I had a survey running, it was aimed at women experiencing peri – post menopause. There were some interesting insights and some interesting answers, but are are the three biggest frustrations that came up for the respondents:
Most of us have had these stressors going on for years and years. So it is no wonder that by the time you hit your mid 40’s these three frustrations arise and some!
All is not lost however. You can improve if you are prepared to work at it and invest in your health and wellbeing. But that is a story for a different day, one I shall address soon. For now, have a look at the areas of your life where you are experiencing stress. The first step is acknowledgement. Use the list above to start you off then add to it if you need to.
